Young Life
When fire swept through Young United Church in 1987, it destroyed
the building but not the spirit of the church. Our heritiage
is one of a mission church, actively working within its surrounding
community. We believe in the personal worth and dignity of
all persons, and strive to be a welcoming and supportive congregation.
In 1991, we celebrated our 100th Anniversary. In that same
year, we joined together with five other community-based organizations
to create Crossways in Common,
a collective whose purpose is to meet the spiritual, physical,
and emotional needs of the West Broadway Community.
