IMPORTANT Re: Tuesday Night Practice
PLEASE
NOTE AND MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!
Starting Tuesday evening Oct. 6 and for every Tuesday evening up
to and including Nov. 3, Tuesday night practice at Lincoln Middle
School will start at 8.15 p.m (or as soon thereafter as the floor can
be mopped) and will run until
9.50 p.m.
I do
hope you will enjoy and take advantage of the extended time you will
have for Tuesday night practice for at least the next 5 weeks.
I will inform you as soon as is possible whether or not it will
be possible to extend the longer practice period beyond Nov. 3.
ATTENTION
ALL CLASS REPS!! Please ensure that all of your
classmates , especially those without e-mail do receive the above
information.

Subject: NOTE!!
Venue Change Dec.1/09 Tuesday Practice
Please make note of
the following change of venue for our Tuesday
night practice on December 1, 2009.
Lincoln Middle School has
scheduled their school Christmas Concert for the evening of December 1.
It will be held in their Gym. We are therefore unable to have our
Tuesday night practice at Lincoln School that night.
PLEASE NOTE!! We have therefore arranged to hold our
December 1, 2009 Tuesday night practice at Allan Nelson's Studio which
is located next door to the Safeway Store in the strip Mall at the
corner of Sturgeon Road and Ness Ave.
The following
practice schedule will be in effect that night:
7.00 to 8.00 p.m. Demo Practice time for ONLY
the Thursday @7 Class who are hosting the Dec. 5th Social.
8.00 to 10.00 p.m. Open practice for all Members
and Associates
Class Reps! Please pass on this
information to your classmates who do NOT have e-mail.
