Hello fellow Internet surfer and welcome to my home page. I'm very glad that you made it this far . . . and I hope that you'll stick around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about me and my life.
 

My Interests

I guess the first thing I should put down, is that I am a Ham Radio
Operator, my callsign is VE4UA .
I have been a Amateur Radio operator since 1971 when I obtained my
licence while at Red River College on the Radio operating Course for my
Commercial licence.
I run the Winnipeg Packet BBS VE4BBS.
My other linked hobby is working with computers and experimenting
with computers. My other callsign for experimentation is VE4WWS.
Other interests are Radio Controlled Ship Models and sailing with the
Winnipeg Model Boat Club, Stamp Collecting, Paper money collecting
(Worldwide stuff, not worth much, but fun), collecting
Yo-Yos (old wood ones).
Another passion of mine, is Roller Skating, which I have engaged in since I was 19 years of age.....
I took up Roller Dance Skating (Set pattern Dances....Waltz, Tango, Polka, etc)
and still enjoy it to this day at the old Winnipeg Roller Rink, at Langside and Portage.
My Skating partner Elaine and myself have also taken up Ballroom Dancing and
enjoy dancing whether on wheels or the dance floor. Check out my
