Nancy Schmidt of Crooked Creek Farm & Kathleen Sulz of Woodhaven Farms have been successful partners in horses since 1989. Our horse breeding operation is located in southern Manitoba, Canada. We feel fortunate to live here and find that Manitoba is one of the best places in the world to raise horses. The climate enables us to grow our own high-quality hay and oats. Our pastures provide our young stock plenty of room to run and play throughout all seasons, ensuring a healthy growing environment.

Crooked Creek & Woodhaven Farms are breeding Oldenburg, Hanoverian and Dutch horses and each year we expect anywhere from 5 to 10 foals. We have been hosting an Oldenburg Verband Inspection since 2000.
Crooked Creek & Woodhaven Farms currently stand Autocrat an Approved Hanoverian stallion, with which we offer on-farm A.I.& fresh shipped semen. We pride ourselves in our horses and welcome visitors anytime.
