The Mr. & Mrs. Will Rook Trophy was donated to the Winnipeg Music Festival in 1976. This trophy was originally awarded annually for the most outstanding performance by a School Choir. From 1977 until 2005, this trophy was been awarded annually for the most outstanding performance by an Elementary School Choir. It is currently awarded for the most outstanding performance by a School Girls Chorus, Kindergarten to Grade 6.
