And when old board technology would not suffice, Skywalker designers did what they do best - break the rules. For the ultimate board, we pioneered entirely new technologies. Combi E-Glass, engineered specifically for Skywalker, provides the ideal fiber alignment in the laminate that optimizes board punch and performance. Our custom composite core blend of PVC Airex C71 melds with the laminate in a Double T Bonding to create the best weight-to-strength ratio technology can offer. Simply put: our boards flex when they are supposed to flex. They kick when they are supposed to kick. Tired of boards that look great until you actually ride them, we sub-laminated our graphics under a .4 mm top sheet to ensure that the boards always look as sharp as they ride. When we exceeded our goal of creating the lightest, strongest boards possible, we were actually able to add extra reinforcements to the fins, corners, and edges of the boards - the most damage-sensitive impact and stress areas. Dimitri Pro 127 With F&S technology and an elliptical concave for better upwind performance, the 127 has precise control for high powered landings. Riders who push the limits to the max will love this board for Power Moves and Free Style -- both worlds in one. With increased pop and a softer feeling under your feet due to the Flex Control Tips, the 127 is structurally reinforced with a composite F.S. core which is kite loop proof
Dimitri Pro 131 A slightly larger, scaled-up version of the 127 and a great one quiver board, the 131 is ideally suited for larger and taller riders or for light wind conditions. The 131 will allow riders to push the limits and thrives on Power Moves and Free Style -- again both worlds in one. And, because of its length, it also kills in the waves. This board offers better pop than the 06 model and a softer feeling under foot like the 127.
Dimitri Pro T-wave Despite the amazing success of the 2006 T-Wave, we still determined to tweak it for even better performance. As a result, the 2007 T-wave is flat-bottomed and asymmetrical - 4cm longer overall, 2 cm wider on the nose, and 2 cm narrower at the tail. Simply by adjusting your stance you can ride this board anywhere. Take a middle stance for flat water and move your stance back for the waves. If you loved the 06 T-Wave, wait until you try this baby. It carves and tracks like no other board on the market, allowing the most radical bottom turns of your life - and this board won't slip off your feet. Successfully tested last autumn on the Atlantic shores of North Carolina and Tarifa, the T-Wave bottom remains flat to promote early planning between wave sets. Tracking and turning like no other wave board on the market, it can be tuned to your local wave conditions and also be used as a traditional twin tip.
