ABOUT US

Westman Hospice is your link to quality end-of-life care, providing access to comprehensive, coordinated and high quality palliative care and bereavement services. We are a registered charity that provides end of life care for persons living with a terminal illness, their family and friends, free of charge. We provide emotional support and practical assistance in home and hospital.

Our community-based association exists to support individuals living with a terminal illness, their family and friends. Our mission is to provide a caring community in which patients may live life to the fullest and bereaved families and friends are supported into the future. We carry out this mission by offering support to individuals facing a life-threatening illness wherever they may be residing.

Hospice outreach encompasses a program of palliative and supportive services which provide physical, social and spiritual care for individuals who are living with a terminal illness, their families and friends. Hospice volunteers provide services which are supportive in nature with the emphasis on "compassionate care"; providing comfort and enhancing quality of life.
