A major hamfest can be a difficult event to plan. There is a lot of issues to take into consideration
before things even begin to take shape. These committee members are a dedicated group of individuals with a variety
of skills and interests. Most of the committee members are also involved in other aspects of amateur radio and
club activities, not to mention personal and professional commitments. Although we've been planning for over a
year now, there are still some things that need to be finalized. We know that the amateur community in general
has been exceptionally patient with us as our information is not always quick to flow.

Accommodations/Hospitality

Encourage industry leaders to attend in particular Minister of Industry & Technology

Entertainment

Organize entertainment for the Saturday banquet, tours for non-hams on Saturday, Possible Friday late afternoon
tour for early arrivals

Plan table layout according to room, sell tables, w/power, w/o power, commercial, non-commercial, and organize
volunteers to help

Tracking all registration as they come in, making sure delegate information is waiting for them as they check-in.

Work with committee to develop our 5 sessions - possible three tracks if enough interest.
