20km 11am
10km 11:30am
Walk 10km starts at 10:30am

Brunch, snacks and Lunch available at cookshack from 9am to 3pm

Start & Finish at the Cook House

at start point you'll find:
- Washrooms
- First Aid
- Spectators

Aid stations you will find at the start and about every 3.5km on trail. Aid stations are equiped with water, energy drinks, snacks & first aid.

After the Run
Dinner/Award Ceremony at the Dauphin Rec Centre lounge, in downtown Dauphin (across from Memorial Boulevard). time: 6:00pm
