Brit Milah, Brit Chaim 

   On the eight day after birth Brit Milah for boys and Brit Chaim for girls is the first ceremony in which a Jew participates, marking entry into the Covenant of the Jewish People.
   Naming ceremonies may be held at a regular service.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah 

   Generally taking place after the candidate is 13 years of age, educational and membership conditions apply.
   Bar/Bat Mitzvah is a communal event taking place in the presence of the congregation. The family of the Bar/Bat Mitzvah is required to host an Oneg for all present at the Temple.
   Bar/Bat Mitzvah for special needs children and adults are unique occasions, designed to meet the abilities of the individual.

Marriage

   Our Rabbi conducts Jewish ceremonies for members of our congregation, including intermarriages and same sex commitment ceremonies.
   A period of counselling with the Rabbi is required to acquaint the couple with their responsibilities to each other and to the Jewish community.

Funerals

   Our Rabbi will conduct funeral services and is a source of comfort in bereavement.
