Cross-Browser Script

This script is designed to compensate for some of the differences
found in the object models of the varies web browsers.
There is support for Netscape 4+ , IE 4+ , Konquerer 2.2+ , Opera 7+
as well as other web browsers which support the W3C DOM.
A few things will even work in Opera versions 5 & 6,but not much.

To overcome the differences,the script creates new arrays,methods
and properties which behave the same way in all supported browsers.

The script reference pages (links below) describe what methods and
properties are available when that particular script is used.
Please note that when I speak of "layers" on these pages, I'am referring
to it as a generic term for a positioned DIV or SPAN element.
