Lectio Divina Retreat: Listening With the Ear of the Heart

Saturday, Oct. 20, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

In this retreat day, you will learn to pray with scripture using the ancient "methodless method" of Lectio Divina (holy reading). More than informative reading, Lectio Divina is the formative Christian practice of letting the Word of God speak to one's heart, responding to God and resting in God. Like a deepening relationship of love, daily lectio can transform one's life. The day will consist of presentations on the tradition of lectio divina, instruction in the practice, and time to practice the prayer.

Please register by Oct. 5th.

Marie Baker, OSB
$35 includes lunch.
