Grief - The Price We Pay For Love
Saturday, Dec. 1, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Grief is a NATURAL and NORMAL reaction to loss . . . loss of any
kind. The death of a loved one is perhaps the most devastating loss
one may experience. Yet, grief occurs following any change in our
lives. Grief is NOT a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith.
This day will explore the dimensions of grief. It will provide
an opportunity for you to enter more fully into your experience
of grief, to share with others your stories (or not) and hopefully
to leave strengthened and renewed with hope.
Joan Mormul, OSB
Sister Joan is liturgy director of St. Benedict's Monastery, an
accomplished musician and dynamic presenter of workshops in Winnipeg
and Calgary.
