Didn't take us long to get lost!
First sight of Lake Superior from the trail. Look at how clear the water is!
Hideaway Lake - our first stop
Hideaway Lake - a room with a view
Norm just waiting for the dinner bell
The trail moves inland; lots of big rocks
The payback for that long hard climb
After the climb, the (somewhat vertical) descent.
Arriving at White Gravel River for our second night
Little lichen forest under a fallen tree
We were warned the bears were hungry this year - hungry enough to try eating mountain ash berries. Not good for a bear's tummy.
Just follow the trail! It's as clear as day.
The trail turns back to the shore
Morrison Harbour - fourth night. The other site at Morrison Harbour has its own beach just like this one.
