Our Company ...

Established in 2003, Carriage Occasions, was started as an extension of our carriage-driving hobby. We pride ourselves with our reputation for recreating the magic of a carriage ride in a safe and professional environment.

Our "Boys" ...

We currently have two Percheron horses that give us many hours of enjoyment in this line of work. Max is on my left and Larry on my right. They are both 5 years of age, and  nearly 2000 pounds each and stand at 17 and 17-1 hands. Larry is a little darker gray then Max, but both have whiter manes and tails. They are wonderful with children, but enjoy the attention no matter who is giving it to them. They are very easy going to the point that even my nine-year-old daughter has no trouble driving them whether it is down the road or in the show ring. And yes these boys also spend some of their time in the show ring, if we aren’t already booked for a wedding or other occasions. They were even put together with a friends four other horses (never driven together before) and used in the six hitch in July of 2005. By the way I’m proud to say we won the competition. We are very lucky to have them  in our extended family.

    Our children have been a big part of our business.
