A letter written from a great director, gifted actor and good friend: Robb Paterson.

To Whom It May Concern:

Paul Skirzyk and I have worked together as Stage Manager and Director in
three big musical productions at Rainbow Stage: "Crazy For You", "42nd
Street" and "Big: The Musical" plus Guys and Dolls with MTC and “Seussical” with MTYP.

Before these collaborations, I was an actor in many musicals which Paul stage-managed.

I have often said to colleagues of mine in this business "I would trust Paul
Skirzyk with my life".  He is able to anticipate the whims and wants of the
director while managing the needs of the huge casts (even those casts with
children!).  Working with him is a joy.

I don't know anyone in this business who works harder - but never in a
vacuum.  He is a total team player and an invaluable collaborator.  I have
often turned to him in rehearsals for his advice or his opinion and the
benefits have been immense.

Paul has a terrific amount of experience as a stage manager and has
developed a profound understanding of what is needed to keep rehearsals and
performances running with efficiency.
