About Us
The Shalom Aleichem Community offers a secular humanistic approach to Jewish traditions and practices in an inclusive setting in which all people, including those who are in inter-cultural (interfaith) marriages, may feel comfortable. A sense of community and belonging to an alternative Jewish organization is being built.
Our objective is to form an inter-generational community to foster and preserve Jewish identity in a secular context and to foster the development and application of humanistic values.
