Purpose: To assist in maintaining the traditions of and to further the interests of The Royal Winnipeg Rifles and to promote esprite de corps, comradeship and good citizenship among, and in everyway to further the interests of those who have been, are now, or may become members of said battalion.
Membership: Any person
who is, or has been a member of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles may become a voting
(regular) member of the RWRA by paying the annual dues prescribed by the
Executive. Membership is open to associate members (no voting privileges) once
approved by the RWRA Executive.
