Ste. Agathe Pottery

We use wood for fuel and fire to stoneware temperatures (^10-^13). Single-fired and bisque-fired ware are fired together in a usually heavily reduced atmosphere.

Our pottery is a result of our 1997 flood re-construction. We were previously involved in hobby ceramics until it got too busy and started earning profits at the expense of rest and relaxation.

Now that we have our priorities back, we have friends get together and play with clay, and barbecue.

You are welcome to join us during a firing, a kiln-opening or for a barbecue. Do drop by to say hello and remember to bring food, drink or a pair of gloves.
