Richard Denesiuk
orn, raised and will probably die in Winnipeg, Manitoba. BSc in Biology at the University of Winnipeg (1972). I work for Creative Retirement Manitoba, non-profit seniors educational program. I also maintain the web pages for the Seniors Resource Network. I truly enjoy my work. Its great to hang with retired people who are interested in learning and computers. My kind of people!

Computers I'm a Windows PC guy. Adobe CS3 (Photo Shop, InDesign, Acrobat), MS Office (Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are my most commonly used softwares. I enjoy using multi-track recordto make music with my wife. Latest challenge has been working with video and making them work on a standard DVD player
Photography I use a Canon S3 digital camera and enjoy natural history/wildlife, portraits, grandkid pictures and landscape photography.
Music I play bass, guitar and drums and have fond memories of musical adventures since high school. Used to have a group called The Rainbow Bridge Band with my wife playing original material (she's the writer and singer) about aboriginal life and feeling good about yourself (we liked school concerts best). I enjoy all kinds of music, but can only take so much opera. ;-)
Outdoors I can't get enough of the outdoors, cycling and walking is great in Winnipeg and Manitoba. We really enjoy our canoe (the electric motor isn't really cheating) and just getting outside birding, hiking or deer watching is heaven on earth.
