What skills are important
for your child to learn? Join Transcona Scouting where your
child will learn to "Share", "Do Their Best", "Be Prepared" and
provide "Service" to others.
Through a variety of teaching aids your child will
develop self-esteem, teamwork, confidence, self-respect, respect for
others, leadership skills and wise in the use and care of the
environment. They will be challenged to do their best,
encouraged to exceed their limitations and rewarded for their
successes.
Outdoor activities are central to Transcona Scouting
where our youth learn to set-up a camp, cook over a fire and respect
for the environment. Through physical activities and games,
camp fire sing-a-longs and opportunities to volunteer in our
community, our programs encourage development of the body, mind and
spirit. All done in a fun and safe environment with trained
and caring Leaders.
The youth of our community are our future.
