Pookey and I learned the dog show game together. She had been my constant companion for almost 15 years. I can still remember the first time we did the down and back at her very first show. Mr Archie Warnock turned to me and said, " we could have all gone out for tea it took you so long to do that, try it again please, a little faster." Pookey has had two litters consisting of 9 puppies. She is the mother of 4 Canadian Champions. Her idea of exercise is getting out of bed and going to sleep somewhere else, but she does have her moments. I miss her so much.
