Our support policy is very simple. One of our goal is to make sure our customers are happy with our level of service. We deal with any problems that our customers might have. We rely on our customers recommendation not weekly 'Special Ads'. We want to keep going back each and every one.
Warranty and Conditions
We guarantee all our products with factory warranty and support. No refunds. Exchange must be made within 14 days. Products MUST be in original condition as when purchased. Any product found to be damaged due to misuse or physical damage will not be warranted or exchanged. All goods found to be defective after 14days will be returned to manufacturer for repair. All deposits on purchase will be non-refundable.
Graphic Design Terms and conditions
A deposit of 33% (1/3) of estimated amount is due before any work begins. Deposits and invoice payments are non-refundable. All invoices are payable within 30 days. Cancellation and Kill Fees: Cancellation ("kill") fees are due based on the amount of work completed. Fifty percent (50%) of the final fee is due within 30 days of notification that for any reason the job is cancelled or postponed before the final stage. One hundred percent (100%) of the total fee is due despite cancellation or postponement of the job if the art has been completed. Upon cancellation or kill all rights to the art revert to the Artist and all original art must be returned, including sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyright and the original artwork shall be retained by Jaizen Design, and a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the contract price and expenses already incurred, "shall be paid by the Client." |
