SIAKOL rocks Pinoy -peggers
For the first time in Winnipeg, an alternative band, Siakol, performed and brought the house down with their hits that have made them popular in the Philippine rock music scene.

On their first tour outside the Philippines, the Siakol band had the audience dancing, rocking and asking for more as the group sang "Biyaheng Impyerno, "Pagmamahal", "Bakit Ba?", "Peksman", "Lagim", "Lakas-tama", and "Gobyerno".

After 14 songs, the audience chanted for an encore and the group obliged with two more songs, Lagim from their first album (Tayo na sa Paraiso) and Gabay (guide) from their latest album (Kabilang Mundo).

Presented by Jaizen Design, the show began with performances by local bands: haLf man haLf eLf (Alfie, Roy, Abet, Ten-ten), Resurrection (Paul, Paris, Dig, Amber and Dennis), Foursight (Arwin, Ricky, Jason and Rod).

Siakol's band member Noel Palomo (vocals), Wowie Flores (bass), Anthony Cervantes (guitar), James Rodriguez (drums), together with their manager, Jason Gerodias would like to thank the Filipino-Canadian community for thier warm reception and for being part of their show.
