I no longer play with SimTower, but there are many who still do.

SimTower is copywritten material. DO NOT ask for a copy.
RentWizard & Eraser both may not work if you
have a floor full of single hotel rooms (93 rooms) on a full width tower.

have been unable to overcome this bug!
Be sure that the file you are processing is NOT running in
SimTower. These programs make changes to the saved tower file.
These changes
will only show up when you load and run the tower file in SimTower AFTER processing.
