Open a SimTower file with SimTower RentWizard, then raise or lower the rents in the whole tower at the same time.
This program works with Win95/98 and Win NT ( but not Win3.1 )

be required to run ST Rent Wizard.
Check your "Windows/System" Directory
to see if you have them. If not, download here.

MSVBVM50.DLL is a Visual Basic
Runtime file which you may have. You should have OLEAUT32.DLL with Win95.
You need a decompression program in order to UNZIP any of these ZIPPED files.
If you may need a decompression program, download one from PK Zip or WinZip.
