Another five-star tower that is an excellent money-maker. All the Sims are happy (except for a few new restaurants and Fast Food places). All ready for the cathedral to be installed. No rent adjustments. This one is even more symetrical than the PM_Grand. It will also go to 'Tower' level on the next Sim weekend after the cathedral is installed.

Tower-level and an excellent money-maker. Income is over $3 mil per day & an extra $5 mil on WD1 .NO CONDOS. No rent adjustments. Happy Sims. Some fire damage on 6 & bomb damage on 37.

Luxor.ZIP    Pop. almost 30,000

Another five-star tower that is an excellent money-maker; over $3 mil per day & an extra $5 mil on WD1. All the Sims are happy. No rent adjustments. Another very symetrical well-planned tower. It will go to 'Tower' level on the next Sim weekend. Some of the ideas for this tower were from a Joyce Evan's tower. 

 T_YUEN.ZIP Pop. over 37,000

Author's Description: This tower fetched more than 37000 people. I couldn't build more because I ran out underground space for garbage transfer. I had taken a completely different strategy to anyone else. This is my first and only attempt with this strategy, hence, the lack of refinement. One day, I will improve it. I think doubled the start cash. And, 2 sims of the total population are hotel guests trapped by the bomb evacuation. The rest of the SimTower and its population are genuine and cheat free.

What can I say! This was the highest population that I had ever seen. The evaluation is surprisingly good since the pricing has not been altered.

Author's Description: The population of this tower will exceed 39,000 sims, as long as every movie theatre shows a new movie, which are due at 10 o'clock in the morning of every weekend of every even quarter. The movie theatres have been renamed, so you can find them by using the Find Tenant Window. This tower is completely free of cheats. No doubling of starting funds, no multi-story lobbies, no pricing adjustments and no hotel tenants unable to check out, due to a fire/bomb evacuation. Through improved planning, recycling demands are met, unlike my previous tower, and there are more parking spots available for the greater number of offices.

Wow! This has an even larger population. The evaluation is surprisingly good since the pricing has not been altered. The evaluation improves drastically at 6 AM on WD1. I don’t like the Movie Theatres that need new movies every weekend.

Author’s Description: For the size of this building, the population is quite high. I managed to keep almost everybody happy without changing rent. The strategy used for the elevators was a kind of different style than all others but I think it works pretty well. I hope you like it.

 WOW ! ! RAMBLAS2.ZIP Pop. Is over 42,000 ! !

Author’s Description: This tower has a population of 42,035. I was forced to change the rents slightly due to the high pop. The only red areas are restaurants and shops that will get better slowly over time (due to their placement). I finished building it at around 10 - 11 simyears, but I let it sit there and gain an extra thousand in population before deciding I couldn't go any further. To keep it at over 42,000 people, you need to change the movie theaters every two quarters.

 This is the biggest tower that I have seen!

 Double WOW ! ! UBERPLEX.ZIP Pop. Is over 43,000 ! !

Author’s Description: The tower is named Uberplex, and houses a peak population of +43000. I dedicate the tower to my fiancee Pia.

 It has been almost 4 years since Ramblas2 was posted with a population of 42,035. Now Uberplex beats that with 43,172 making Uberplex is the biggest tower that I have seen!
