Phase Two: More interior renovations. Upgrading washrooms, installing exhibition lighting, flooring, walls, ceiling repairs, office space, and basement renovations. Add to that heating and plumbing upgrades.
The Skywell, no longer leaking, provides both the gallery
and two upstairs offices on either side of it with natural lighting.
However, it
also needed interior upgrades.
