Korhil, Hunter Captain of the White Lions

An awesome miniature, in my opinion.  I thought it was currently out of production, however when I purchased the White Lions Command blister, I was delighted to discover it was including as the champion.  I usually like to assemble a miniature completely before painting it, but in this case I painted each of the three pieces separately first. 

The lighting is actually very bad in these photos, the left photo is much too dark, and the right, much too bright.  The center photo is almost correct.  This was part of a commissioned regiment of White Lions, and the client asked for green instead of the stereotypical High Elf blue.  I found that using Dark Angels green mixed with white creates a very nice "forest" green colour that seemed perfectly suited to the White Lions.  Although I painted this model in 2002, I still feel it's a very solid piece of work.
