Individuals having extensive challenging material or safety needs usually become part of the local support program and receive one to one support. This support is necessary to ensure that each person's safety and well being is properly accommodated.
In the initial stages of the planning process, we verify their need, and help them identify personal choices. Support systems are reassessed and adapted in the later stages through on-going follow-up and bridgeback with family, friends, employers or others in the community.
