The International Centre's Language Bank provides interpreters on a 24-hour-a-day basis in over 80 languages and dialects. Translators are also provided to verify or complete translations. Volunteers do this work for the police, hospitals, courts and other social agencies as well as for the public, especially newly arrived refugees and immigrants. Notary public services are also provided at a very reasonable rate. Translations are free if you have been in Canada under three years.
