I have studied metallurgical science at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and worked for the Aluminum Company of Canada in Arvida Quebec and Kingston Ontario.

After a post-industrial experience research fellowship at Queens University in Kingston I joined Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd at Pinawa Manitoba and worked on activity transport problems and fuel modeling and monitoring.

I was the reactor physicist when the reactor was shut down. I retired when atomic energy research at Pinawa was discontinued.
