PIGEONS OF THE 10 ACRE WOODS

In September 2004 we added a couple types of pigeons, a pair of Old German Owls, and a pair of Laquer Sheild Owls. In September of 2005 we then added a Pair of Capuchin Pigeons.

Picture 1 Here are our two Laquer Shield Owls. The female is sitting on two eggs, with the male standing guard.

Picture 2 Here are our two Old German Owls. The male is up front, with his mate behind him. The main difference between the two is the "Crown" of feathers on the back of their heads.
