Do you have you any comments? 2. Explain why you wish to volunteer with the Osu Children’s Library Fund? 3. What period of time do you have available and when? 4. Have you a preference of serving in the capital, Accra, or in a rural setting? 5. Describe any special skills you can contribute to our program in Ghana. 6. Describe in detail any experience you have that is applicable to our program, especially pertaining to working with children. 7. Describe any previous educational and professional qualifications and their applicability to our program. 8. Describe in detail any previous volunteer experience you have had. 9. Have you ever worked or lived in a developing country? Where? For how long and in what capacity? 10. Describe your personal level of comfort with very basic living conditions, such as lack of electricity or running water, outdoor toilets, transportation difficulties and unfamiliar foods. Do you recognize the health risks you face working in a developing country? 11. Do you understand the financial commitment necessary to volunteer with the Osu Children’s Library Fund? Are you able to provide or raise these funds? 12. Are you willing to sign a waiver to absolve the Osu Children’s Library Fund of all responsibility in the case of accident or illness? You will also be asked to fill out an emergency medical information form. 13.
