LUXURIOUS HONEYMOON / EXECUTIVE SUITE

Beechmount's new luxurious Honeymoon / Executive suite is completed. The
suite consists of a large bedroom (approx. 270 sq.ft.), a large 4-piece
en suite bath (large whirlpool tub, shower, pedestal sink and w.c.) and
a private 8 x 10 ft. verandah. The room has a gas fireplace and new traditional
designer furniture that includes a queen size bed.

in this 4 star bed and breakfast in a restored, 1890's Victorian home which
has been designated under Winnipeg's historic preservation bylaws. Relax
under a green canopy of elms and oaks on two acres on the banks of the Assiniboine
River. Large outdoor swimming pool and picnic area. Very close to all downtown
attractions and public transportation. Ample on-site parking. Excellent
cuisine by hosts whose love of fine dining is sure to start off your day
in great taste. Quick access to airport, bus or train. Drop off can be arranged
with adequate notice. Family suite which is located on one floor is available.
Has 3 bedrooms, sitting area, bath, balcony, TV/VCR and small fridge. Ideal
for families with children. Please give us a call for details.

BEECHMOUNT POLICIES:

- Welcome to Beechmount Bed and Breakfast
- Winnipeg's first and only Canada Select 4 Star bed and breakfast with
official heritage designated status. We will do our best to make your stay
memorable.

- Check in time: 3:00 to 7:00 PM (unless earlier or later check-in is arranged)

- Check out time: 11:00 AM

- Open all year round

- Our Prices Includes: Full gourmet breakfast served in the dining room
between 7:00 and 8:30 AM. A continental breakfast is available after 8:30
AM (9:00 AM on weekends) - earlier breakfast time can be arranged. 

- There is a two night minimum stay from June 1st to August 31st and during
holiday seasons.

- A guest phone and computer hook-up are available in the Guest Lounge.
Fax use is available on request. Complimentary video movies are also available.

- Quiet Hours: For the consideration of other guest, quiet hours are from
10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please refrain using the whirlpool tub during these
hours.

- Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house. Smoking is only allowed
outside on the verandah. 

- Swimming pool is open until 10:00 PM. Later times can be arranged.

- We accept VISA, cash, personal and traveler's checks.

- Deposits: We require a deposit equal to one night or 50% of total stay
(whichever is greater). The deposit is forfeited if the a booking is not
canceled at least 7 days before date of arrival). Full room rates will be
charged for any unused days due to late arrival or early departure
