Double KA Miniatures is a relatively new miniature horse farm.  We have had miniature horses since 1999. Our farm is located just minutes outside Brandon, Manitoba and is owned by Keith and Kay Addison. Our daughter Susan Wright is our main show person and groom.

    We started  with two geldings, Chip and Dude,  and have progressed from there.  We knew that we wanted to get into the breeding program early on, so we looked for quality mares and fillies right from the start.  In 2001 we had our first foal, Double KA Chases Blue Angel.  For the first few years we took our mares to be bred to outside stallions until we found a stallion of our own.  In the spring of 2003 we purchased a yearling Sids Rebel grandson to be our herd sire.  We are very happy with the foals Imprints Dustys Dancing in the Dark  has produced and we have him standing to outside mares.

Keith recently built two miniature sized buggies.  He used one himself last summer and presented our daughter Susan Wright with one this Christmas.
