Teacher Class Manager is an easy to use program allowing the user to maintain several class lists of students. The Student Registry is where classes are created and student information is added or modified. The Seating Plan is where a seating plan for each class can be designed and printed. A list of personal contacts can be added and modified using the Contacts screen.

If Microsoft Excel is installed Teacher Class Manager can create class workbooks and spreadsheets to keep track of student assignments, marks and attendance. Using Excel, the user can also print individual spreadsheets on 8 1/2" by 11" paper.

The combination of Teacher Day Book and Teacher Class Manager offers teachers a convenient and useful set of tools to manage their daily lesson plans, create seating plans, keep student assignments, marks and attendance up to date, and maintain a list of personal contacts.
