Formation

2 concentric circles, man with the lady on his right, face another couple, so that you are in groups of 4. One couple face in a clockwise direction, the other face in an anticlockwise direction.

Instructions

1. In your groups of 4 : Right hand star then Left hand star. (16)
2. Girls swap places, men swap places, girls swap places, men swap places.(16)
3. Circle left,then circle right in your groups of 4. (16)
4. Take your partner in an open waist hold. Then go forward to meet the other couple and retire (8)
5. Pass to the left of the couple you were dancing with and meet next couple coming in the opposit direction ready to start the dance again. (8)

Calling

• Right Hand Star. Left Hand Star. (16)
• Girls swap places, men swap places, girls swap places, men swap places. (16)
• Circle left, circle right. (16)
• Shoulder waist hold. Forward and back. (8)
• Move on to next couple. (8)
