This Dutch dance is about harvesting barley. Double Circle round the room, men on the inside , facing partner.

Instructions

  1. Clap both hands of your partner (right on left, left on right) Clap your own hands Clap partner's right hand Clap your own hands Clap partner's left hand Clap your own hands Clap both hands of your partner (right on left, left on right) Clap your own hands
  2. Swing right arm over your front like a swimming crawl Swing left arm over your front
  3. Repeat part 2
  4. Repeat 1 to 3
  5. Visit to your right (step right, close with your left foot,step right, close with your left foot, stamp with the right foot,stamp with the left foot,stamp with the right foot)
  6. Return (step left, close with your right foot,step left, close with your right foot, stamp with the left foot,stamp with the right foot,stamp with the left foot)
  7. Link right arms with your partner and run round each other round twice.
