Our place is a third generation mixed farm near Elie Manitoba Canada, 40 minutes west of Winnipeg. We are a small farm specializing in naturally raised meats and veggies. Following years of illness, in spring 2005 we decided to switch to holistic methods and were saved by energy therapies. In gratitude we have decided to evolve our farm and forest into a retreat for those who would escape the city to rest and re-energize. We have a unique combination of a working farm with friendly animals, acres of woodland pastures and meadows and an ancient forest bounding 1/2 mile of the Assinaboine river. The forest has never been farmed or fenced and has a very unique energy. We invite guests to visit and check out the trails. Explores are guided, group or solitary as desired. We are open year round all day. Everyday is a new experience. We offer hiking, a meditation rock/stream garden, therapeutic greenhouse gardening, boating, fishing, tenting, hospitality sunroom/patio/cooking facilities and a variety of energy therapies.
