Richard is an Advanced Amateur, obtaining the first certificate in July of 1963 and a Second Class commercial Radio Operator's Certificate in December 1963 giving me full Amateur Priviledges. I have operated from Baldur, Treherne, Winnipeg, Rossburn, and since 1971 from Beausejour.

Bonnie obtained her Amateur Certificate in April 1992, and has operating proviledges in the VHF and above frequencies.
