How to Order

Orders are taken by e-mail, phone or mail. Payment, including cost of shipping and handling, must be received prior to shipment.

All items for sale may not be exactly as pictured on our website. We reserve the right to make minor alterations.

COST OF SHIPPING
To determine the cost of shipping and handling, please provide your address (by phone or e-mail) and the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will then be able to calculate the "chargeable weight" (depends on both the weight and the size of shipment) and provide you with the total cost of the item(s), including shipping and handling charges.

DELIVERY METHODS - U.S. & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Delivery will be made by UPS Courier (delivered within 3 to 5 business days) or if specifically requested, by Air Parcel (4 to 7 days to most U.S. destinations and 6 to 10 days to most international destinations) and Surface Parcel (7 to 14 days to most U.S. destinations and 4 to 6 weeks to most international destinations. Time-in-transit varies based on destination. The only method of shipping which is guaranteed is UPS which requires a signature on receipt. If you choose air or surface parcel we are not liable for lost shipments.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES - U.S. & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Additional charges for duty, taxes and brokerage fees may be incurred. These are payable by the importer and we have no way of knowing what these charges will be. If you require information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

DELIVERY METHODS - CANADA
Delivery will be made by UPS Courier (delivered within 3 to 5 business days). Delivery can also be sent by Priority Courier (1 to 7 days), Expresspost (2 to 7 days), Expedited Parcel (4 to 17 days) or Regular Parcel (8 to 19 days), if requested. Time-in-transit varies based on destination. The only method of shipping which is guaranteed are those requiring a signature on receipt.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES - CANADA
Shipments can be sent C.O.D. (collect on delivery) for an additional charge of $8.00. Payment (total cost of item(s), shipping, handling and C.O.D. charge) is required to be by bank draft/certified cheque, money order or Western Union Transfer payable to Kelly Greenaway".

PROCESSING ORDERS
All orders received for in-stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of bank draft/certified cheque, money order or Western Union transfer.

All orders received for items not in stock will be processed and shipped within approximately two weeks of receipt of bank draft/certified cheque, money order or Western Union Transfer.

PAYMENT METHODS
We do NOT accept payment by credit cards. Payment should be made in CANADIAN or AMERICAN FUNDS by Bank Draft/Certified Cheque, Money Order or Western Union Money Transfer. For your convenience we have linked a currency converter at the top of this page. By inserting the total amount of your order, including shipping & handling (in Canadian Funds) you can convert the total to U.S. Currency. You may also use the currency converter to show you the total in any other currency to give you a better idea of the total cost to you.

We will accept non-certified cheques but the cheque must clear our banking institution prior to our shipping.
Clearing time is 25 business days for U.S. cheques and 18 business days for Canadian cheques.

Payments must be made payable to "Kelly Greenaway".

INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER -
When sending Money Orders from locations outside Canada please ensure that you send an International Money Order as shown in the image on the left below. We cannot accept any US Money orders as shown in the image to the right below:

Effective March 1, 1995, The US Postal Service restricted the negotiation of domestic postal money orders to the United States and its possessions and territories and to the Freely Associated States. In response to this rule, the Postal Service will print domestic postal money orders with the endorsement "NEGOTIABLE ONLY IN THE U.S. AND POSSESSIONS" on the face (front) and reverse (back). This restrictive endorsement will appear in bold, red lettering on the lower right face and in bold, black lettering on the reverse.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Should you receive any product from The Whirligig Garden and be dissatisfied with it for any reason, simply return it within two weeks of delivery receipt for an exchange credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and merchandise must come back in new condition with all original wrapping materials. Shipping charges for any replacement item(s) will be payable prior to shipment.

Custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
