~ Suitable for Kill Zone, Combat Zone, or other urban combat games ~
I always pictured Kill Zone as an Urban Combat game, even though we have had some fine games in the wilderness of Central City Park. Because of this, I have concentrated on making buildings as terrain for the game.
I prefer buildings that you can move through & shoot from, rather than the 'zone' system suggested in the rules, although we have thought of making some imposing buildings from cardboard boxes: Mere shells with details drawn or painted on.
A few years ago, Hasbro re-released the Girder & Panel Building sets. They are out of production again, but can still be found. They are useful for making buildings under construction, or one-use odd buildings.
