Updated NOVEMBER 3, 2007

The St. Chad's CHIMES is the Newsletter of St. Chad's Parish, Winnipeg, Manitoba
and is published up to five times per year - prior to Lent;   prior to Easter;  in late Spring (Pentecost/Trinity);  in August or early September (Rally Sunday);  and prior to Advent.
Editor is Gil Frederick. Other members of the publishing group are: Audrey Kelly (printing, distribution & mailing); and Betty Moore, assistant, and Chimes liaison member of the Vestry.

A SPECIAL ARTICLE ENTITLED "FAMILY PRAYER" by Nancy Phillips, was featured in a past issue. You can read it here on this web site - just click on this line.

Each issue is first distributed at Church over 2 Sundays. Parishioners also make personal home deliveries to those in their area - and we do mail out-of-town issues, and copies to those who are house-bound. Because of high postal costs, we encourage personal delivery of the bulk of the print number.

We will, however, by special request, mail out a copy to anyone requesting one - telephone the Editor, Gil Frederick, at 204-888-2473.
A request by e-mail to < gilfred@mts.net > will also be honoured.
Copies can also be found in the literature rack at the back of the church (north side).

Submissions are always welcome, from any source, for the pages of the Chimes.
If you have anything to contribute for the benefit of all our readers, these items can be left at the church in Gil's file folder (under office counter), e-mailed, or sent by regular mail to Gil Frederick, 130 Maureen Street, Winnipeg, MB R3K 1M2.

The Advent/Christmas edition is now being prepared, and will be available for distribution on Sunday, December 9th, and Sunday, December 16th, 2007.
Cut-off date for submissions is WEDNESDAY, November 28th. Either give, or e-mail, articles, reports, etc. to Gil Frederick (file folder in office, e-mail: gilfred@mts.net), or give to Betty Moore, the liaison member of Vestry.
