Bert Anderson, VE4AP, is shown in the picture below receiving the first Pioneer Award given by the Winnipeg Amateur Radio Club, Inc.

This award was presented to Bert during the W.A.R.C. Christmas Party in December, 1991. (Note the potted poinsettia plant that Frances is holding!)
