Here you have an inside look where
we live and play, enjoy the comforts of Farm life and the convenience of
a comfortable Home. Come on in, your welcome to visit for a while.
This home is our Residence and
we enjoy the roomy and comfortable living. We live right on a major provincial
highway and our yard is about 3 acres in size. A lot of work, but Phyllis
loves looking after the lawn and flowers. This year our fruit trees are
producing an abundant crop of fruit and berries.
Our farm is for sale, now that
we are retired. The acreage, including the home place is about 520 acres.
Our fields are all rented out
on a yearly basis. The soil is almost all of class D11 quality, which is
very productive. Only some small areas have some stones, which do not provide
any problems. Can easily be cleaned up.
We live in the southern Interlake
region of Manitoba, the weather here is typical of Canadian climate and
our farm is actually situated in a summer resort area and only about 1
Mile away from lake shore of Lake Winnipeg. One of our fields actually
borders the Netley Marshes. We believe that some subdivisions can be made
to build summer resort homes there.
As our goal is to sell this
beautiful farm and home, we will go into very good details on all property
and include some very good pictures, as they tell the story better then
words can.
