This home is our Residence and we enjoy the roomy and comfortable living. We live right on a major provincial highway and our yard is about 3 acres in size. A lot of work, but Phyllis loves looking after the lawn and flowers. This year our fruit trees are producing an abundant crop of fruit and berries.

Our farm is for sale, now that we are retired. The acreage, including the home place is about 520 acres.

Unsere Felder sind jährlich verpachtet. Das Land ist fast komplett D11 Klasse, welche sehr produktive ist. Nur ein paar kleine Stellen haben ein bischen kleine Steine, welche wir fast alle gesäubert haben und machen keine Probleme. Der Rest kann sehr einfach gesäubert werden.

We live in the southern Interlake region of Manitoba, the weather here is typical of Canadian climate and our farm is actually situated in a summer resort area and only about 1 Mile away from lake shore of Lake Winnipeg. One of our fields actually borders the Netley Marshes. We believe that some subdivisions can be made to build summer resort homes there.
