Writing Sample

The Writing Sample is a written section which is not marked. It does not form part of your LSAT score but may be taken into consideration in your application, at the discretion of the law school to which you are applying.

The Writing Sample is a short example of your ability to draft an argument based on a simple set of issues and facts. In order to succeed on this section you need to be able to write a succinct and valid argument making use of the information provided to you in the question.
