Getting the field ready for flying
More members come out to help with the work.
Our Field now has the pilot boxes, fencing, and spectator area roped off. Along with some work tables and chairs. Its slowly coming together!
Well it's in the books our first BBQ at the new airfield is done. It was a perfect day for flying, lots of sun and not to much wind. All who attended had a good time. Five pilots took to the Gimli skies at the new field it was great to finally see us at our new location.

*In the winter, Hangar 1, Gimli Industrial Park at 7 P.M.
*In the summer, the meetings are held at our flying field, the Interlake Radio Control Model Club Airfield off Minerva Road (see map on our "About Us" page). Summer meetings are all about flying so bring your airplanes and lawnchairs!
