BEGINNER CAKE DECORATING CLASS
Learn how much fun it is to create your own fancy decorated cakes.
Class covers proper ways to ice cakes , fancy borders, pictures in gel,
figure piping,Icing flowers including roses, etc.
5 week class ( 2 hours each week ) Fee: $ 45.00 Cdn. + Kit

Class covers Gumpaste Orchids,Royal Icing String work

Students complete a rolled fondant cake complete
with an edible Gum Paste Orchid Flower.

1 Night Rolled Fondant Class

Students will complete a round cake form in
Rolled Fondant. Class covers coloring
crimping and covering cakes with fondant.
